Parents Night Out

Saturday, November 18, 6:00–9:00pm || Tobian Home || As we kick off our 4th Soil Parenting Project this fall, we’d like to gather our parents together for food and beverages, and to share a little of our stories with one another. Please join us this November for Parents Night Out, the social event we offer 2–3 times a year, but with a slight twist. While several different Parent Night Out opportunities are scheduled, we invite parents to register for one gathering (to allow for smaller discussion groups). After a social hour around food and beverages, we’ll circle up to have a meaningful conversation about our stories, with each parent encouraged to finish this sentence: One childhood experience that is still impacting my life today is…

We will not be offering childcare at this time, so if you are a multi-parent household it might work best for parents to attend an event separately. As we have at past Parents Night Outs, the meal will be potluck. The hosts will take care of the main dish and we invite you to bring a side dish or dessert as well as a beverage to share (wine, beer, seltzer, soda).
