While TPC strives to ensure that the sanctuary is open for worship amid poor weather, the church may be closed and worship cancelled under extreme conditions.
In case of inclement weather, the 8:30 am service and church school/adult education classes may be cancelled while the 10:00 a.m. service is still held. A decision will be made and communicated by 8:00 am on Sunday mornings via RainedOut, towsonpres.org, the church’s voicemail, and TPC’s Facebook page.
Please note that, even if worship is held amid inclement weather, TPC is not able to promise that the church grounds will be clear and safe. Therefore, if conditions for walking or driving to church seem dangerous, parishioners are urged not to come to church.
Meetings and programs other than worship services may be cancelled at any time (on Sundays or during the week) if weather conditions become unfavorable. Also, the church office may close when weather conditions present a danger for travel.
