Presbyterian Disaster Assistance

Presbyterian Disaster Assistance workers are first responders whenver natural disasters occur.  PDA works alongside local churches, strengthening the congregation's response in emergencies, and forms coalitions with Church World Service and Action by Churches Together to provide emergency relief and recovery.  See www.pcusa.org/pda for listing of current sites.

Menaul School

TPC participates in the Soup Labels for Menaul School Program.  Menaul School is a private school for grades 6-12 with close ties to the Presbyterian Church.  Over sixty percent of their 225-250 students are Native American, Hispanic, and other minority descent.  THe school prepares students for success by engaging the world as life long learners, ethical leaders, and by respecting the Christian tradition.   They use funds raised through the label program for school supplies and equipment.  TPC has been sending Cambell's Soup labels to the Menaul School in Albuquerque, New Mexico, since early 2007.   Click here to learn more about Menaul School.  For a list of labels accepted and information on donating labels, click here.
